Cunningham Construction was formed in 2003 and commenced trading in January 2004. The Company has one sole director, Chris Cunningham, who works "hands on" and personally supervises all the construction work from conception to commissioning. The Company was formed due to a change in the career path and aspirations of Chris Cunningham, who had been employed for over 30 years by a north west based Civil Engineering Company called John Kennedy Civil Engineering Ltd.

Chris Cunningham is convinced that his company can be the best Civil Engineering Company to offer the delivery of projects on time, within a budget and safely complying with all aspects of Health and Safety regulations. Quality Standards, Customer Care and Environmental concern are also Key to the success criteria which Chris Cunningham demands from his Company.
